I reached for it daily as I have a sensitive respiratory system. The husband also uses this to support himself when he deals with work related respiratory issues from working on a construction site.

Mullein tonifies the respiratory system, peppermint soothes coughs, Vervain relaxes the respiratory system, Sage is antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory, and Marshmallow root and Clove infused into raw honey soothes sore throats and irritation related to persistent coughing.
