This is one of my favorite tinctures that I have formulated to date. Between my food sensitivities and having a kid in the house, I have found that we reach for this on a regular basis. This soothing blend of cooling and antispasmodic herbs offers almost immediate relief from most stomach discomforts.
Gut in a Rut helps ease heartburn and headaches related to indigestion, supports weak digestion, and soothes stomach discomforts such as upset stomachs and gut cramping.

Take 1/2 - 1 dropperful as needed after meals. Helps soothe stomach discomforts, upset stomachs, gut cramping, and headaches related to indigestion. Shake well before use.
