Haunted Heart Incense

$9.00

Haunted Heart invokes the warrior within to gather up strength for deep healing and grief work. This blend hits deep but also wraps a protective cloak around you to allow for a safe journey on one’s path to healing.

Lemon Balm walks you towards your path of grief work, whilst Yarrow gives courage and invokes the warrior within. Lady’s Mantle wraps you with a cloak of protection and provides sacred space as you open up and work through grief and trauma. Rose and Hawthorn protects the heart, whilst also allowing the heart to soften and open. This allows for self love, overall healing, and for full expression from grief and joy that comes from one’s path of healing. Dandelion Leaf offers strength and vitality whilst on this journey. Borage helps to ease stress that comes from grief and trauma work, as well as courage to open the heart to the healing that one is going through. Elderflower helps one through the renewal process that comes from healing.

This blend hits deep. I felt held and protected in my heart space as I shed tears of grief that I did not know I was holding on to. This blend will give you strength whether you are just starting on your journey or have been on a healing path for some time.

  • Set intention and light charcoal disc (I use Three Kings). Please the charcoal disc in a heat safe vessel. Once disc is fully burning, take a pinch of incense and place (carefully) on charcoal disc. Continue thinking about your intention as you tend to your incense. Add more incense as necessary.
